# Completa pricing

Completa is a home services platform in Austin, Texas. Homeowners describe a project and see an itemized, data-backed estimate before choosing a licensed, insured, background-checked contractor. Payments are held per milestone and released only after the homeowner approves each stage. Contractors get a free business operating system.

## Homeowner fee model

Completa itemizes the service fee inside the estimate before booking. Homeowners do not pay a subscription. The project estimate remains a starting estimate; the pro confirms or counters the final price before any work begins.

- $0.01 to $500.00: 11.5%
- $500.01 to $1,500.00: 8.5%
- $1,500.01 to $5,000.00: 6.0%
- $5,000.01 and above: 5.0%

## Contractor model

Completa Pro is free to use as a contractor operating system. Contractors pay a platform fee on marketplace jobs according to their tier. Jobs contractors bring themselves through Completa Connect carry 0% contractor-side platform fee.

## Connect and processing rules

- Customer platform fee: 0%.
- Contractor platform fee: 0%.
- Contractor keeps the client assigned to them.
- Connect processing is contractor-paid according to the selected rail and the frozen Connect commercial terms.
- Connect jobs do not accept customer reward credits.
- Standard marketplace below the active ACH-preferred threshold: Completa absorbs Stripe/payment processing cost.
- Above-threshold rail choice: ACH is shown without a customer-paid processing fee; credit card may show the exact card-processing fee when that rail is selected.
- Contractor marketplace payout is project gross minus contractor platform fee and any frozen reserve/holdback, not minus standard marketplace card processing.
- Connect processing is different by design: Connect is 0% platform fee, and contractor-paid processing is disclosed through the Connect terms.
