1. Platform Conduct
Users must use Completa lawfully, honestly, and only for legitimate marketplace purposes. Users may not harass, threaten, discriminate, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, misrepresent credentials or project facts, manipulate reviews, interfere with platform security, scrape data, spam users, or misuse photos, receipts, messages, project data, or support channels.
Users may not upload child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism or violence, unlawful weapons or trafficking content, sanctions- or export-control-restricted material, or other content that Completa is legally required or permitted to remove or report.
2. On-Platform Project Integrity
Users may not move active Completa projects, payments, change orders, disputes, callbacks, warranty work, or related project scope off-platform. Contractors may not use subcontractors, undisclosed third-party labor, hidden crews, or another business under their account.
For Completa Connect, contractor keeps the pre-existing customer relationship, but the specific Connect project and related scope must remain on the Completa platform for SOW, payment, changes, disputes, warranty, and records.
3. Uploads and Data
Users may upload only photos, receipts, invoices, documents, and messages they are authorized to provide. Users must not upload payment card numbers, bank details, government IDs, unrelated private data, unrelated people, faces of third parties not authorized to be photographed, or images of minors except where the content is required for a specific verification, payment, support, safety, warranty, dispute, or project-documentation flow.
Project images, receipts, invoices, materials records, and related project documents may be processed by approved AI/OCR tools including Anthropic and OpenAI where configured, as disclosed in the Privacy Policy and AI/OCR/Data Use Disclosure.
4. Reports and Enforcement
Report Acceptable Use Policy violations through in-app support or to support@completa.io. Copyright takedown notices, counter-notifications, trademark complaints, and repeat-infringer procedures are governed by the Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
Completa may remove content, restrict features, warn users, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, cooperate with lawful requests, or use other remedies available under the Master General Provisions Addendum and applicable law for violations of this policy.
