AI/OCR/Data Use Disclosure

Effective date: September 7, 2026Last updated: September 7, 2026

This disclosure explains how Completa uses AI/OCR tools for estimates, project understanding, receipt/document processing, support, safety, disputes, warranties, and platform improvement.

Version: 1.1.0

1. Completa Estimate and Platform Processing

Completa may use AI-assisted and formula-backed tools to support intake, project classification, scope completeness checks, project estimation and pricing, quality review, fraud/safety review, support, disputes, and warranty workflows.

The Completa Estimate is preliminary and non-binding. It is not a contractor offer, bid, final quote, guaranteed price, or payment obligation.

This disclosure works with the Privacy Policy, Privacy Rights and Data Governance Supplement, Completa Estimate Terms, and Acceptable Use Policy. Those documents explain privacy rights, upload rules, estimate limits, retention, and account enforcement.

3. What Goes to Approved Providers

Completa may send project photos, voice recordings submitted for transcription, receipts, invoices, materials records, related project documents, and limited project context to approved commercial AI/OCR providers where configured for image understanding, OCR, extraction, classification, summarization, project analysis, quality review, fraud/safety review, support, disputes, or warranty workflows.

Processing may use more than one step or provider: a transcript, extracted text, structured fields or other intermediate result may be sent to an approved provider to complete the requested analysis or draft. This does not permit providers to train general models on the content.

Completa limits provider submissions to information needed for the specific processing purpose. Users must not intentionally upload irrelevant photos or video of people, children, bystanders, or unrelated personal spaces.

4. Provider Training and Platform Use

Approved providers return readings to Completa. Completa does not permit external AI/OCR/model providers to train general models on customer or contractor content.

Completa may use project data and returned readings to improve Completa's own estimation, pricing, classification, quality systems, dispute/warranty workflows, fraud/safety review, and support. Returned readings are retained under the Privacy Policy and Privacy Rights and Data Governance Supplement, including applicable deletion, archive, legal-hold, dispute, warranty, tax/accounting, and deidentification rules.
