Effective date: April 28, 2026Last updated: April 28, 2026

This disclosure explains Completa Estimate support, Anthropic image processing, OpenAI receipt/document OCR where configured, internal-only returned readings, no external provider training, and internal pricing-engine improvement.

Version: 2.1.0
Contract key: ai_ocr_data_use_disclosure

1. Completa Estimate and Internal Processing

Completa may use AI-assisted and formula-backed tools to support intake, project classification, scope completeness checks, material and labor assumptions, pricing logic, quality review, fraud/safety review, support, disputes, and warranty workflows.

The Completa Estimate is preliminary and non-binding. It is not a contractor offer, bid, final quote, guaranteed price, or payment obligation.

2. Incorporated Launch Documents

This disclosure incorporates the AI Provider Reconciliation Addendum, Privacy Policy, Privacy Rights and Data Governance Supplement, Completa Estimate Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, and Master General Provisions Addendum. Upload, estimate, receipt/OCR, dispute, warranty, and support flows must use the active document versions and hashes for every AI/OCR provider that receives original customer or contractor content.

3. What Goes to Approved Providers

Completa may send original project photos and limited related project context to Anthropic for image understanding, classification, summarization, and project analysis. Completa may send original receipts, invoices, materials records, and related project documents to OpenAI or another approved OCR provider where configured for limited OCR, extraction, classification, summarization, and project analysis.

Completa minimizes unnecessary personal data sent to providers, does not knowingly send irrelevant faces, children's images, or sensitive unrelated details, does not use consumer-grade Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar consumer AI accounts for project data, and logs provider, purpose, file ID, project ID, and timestamp for each processing request. Users must not intentionally upload irrelevant photos or video of people, children, bystanders, or unrelated personal spaces. Where operationally available before provider submission, users may request redaction, face blurring, or an alternate upload path for photos that incidentally include people but are needed for project documentation. If this disclosure conflicts with the AI Provider Reconciliation Addendum on active provider configuration, the AI Provider Reconciliation Addendum controls.

4. What Does Not Go Back

Approved providers return readings to Completa. Completa keeps those returned readings internal and does not send returned readings, extracted fields, summaries, classifications, or Completa internal analysis back to an AI/OCR provider for training, evaluation, feedback, model improvement, secondary processing, prompt testing, or benchmarking.

Completa may use project data and internal readings to improve Completa's own pricing engine, formulas, classification logic, material/labor assumptions, quality controls, dispute/warranty workflows, fraud/safety review, and support. Returned readings are retained under the Privacy Policy and Privacy Rights and Data Governance Supplement, including applicable deletion, archive, legal-hold, dispute, warranty, tax/accounting, and deidentification rules.
