Effective date: April 28, 2026Last updated: April 28, 2026

1. Account Terms

These Customer Platform Terms are between the customer and Completa LLC d/b/a Completa. They govern customer account access, platform use, intake, messaging, uploads, contractor recommendation or matching features, legal acceptance, and platform conduct.

Customer signup acceptance covers general platform use only. It does not create a project commitment, contractor obligation, final project price, payment obligation, or contractor payout right. Project commitment occurs only through the customer-approved and contractor-accepted Project SOW or SOW-Lite/Service Order and related payment authorization.

2. Incorporated Launch Documents

These Customer Platform Terms incorporate the Customer Terms Supplement, Marketplace Platform Agreement, Marketplace Platform Supplement, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Privacy Rights and Data Governance Supplement, AI/OCR/Data Use Disclosure, AI Provider Reconciliation Addendum, and Master General Provisions Addendum. The Master General Provisions Addendum controls governing law, dispute forum, class waiver, limitation of liability, indemnification, No Agency, notices, survival, and precedence unless a more specific signed SOW, change order, payment term, privacy term, or statutory attachment controls the specific issue.

3. Launch Jurisdiction Gate

At launch, Completa projects are enabled only for Texas project addresses unless Completa expressly enables another approved jurisdiction in the platform. Customers may not request, and contractors may not accept or perform, projects outside approved jurisdictions through Completa. A project cannot proceed to SOW signature, payment authorization, work start, or contractor payout unless the project address is in an active approved jurisdiction and the required state legal addendum, tax treatment, contractor licensing matrix, sales-tax/marketplace rules, SOW notices, payment-fee rules, privacy/breach rules, and internal launch approval gates are complete.

4. Completa Estimate

A "Completa Estimate" has the meaning given in the Completa Estimate Terms: a preliminary, non-binding, AI-assisted and formula-backed budget estimate generated from customer-provided project information, project classification logic, pricing rules, material assumptions, labor assumptions, market inputs, and platform data.

A Completa Estimate is not a binding quote, contractor offer, contractor bid, guaranteed final price, or promise that any contractor will perform the work for the estimated amount. Final scope, price, milestones, materials, permit responsibilities, cancellation terms, and completion criteria are set only in the contractor-reviewed Project SOW accepted by both parties.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Customer pays the project price or funded milestone amount, any clearly disclosed Completa Platform Fee or Customer Service Fee, any disclosed Payment Processing Fee or Card Processing Fee, applicable taxes if any, approved change orders, and diagnostic or inspection fees where applicable. For standard marketplace projects at launch, any Completa Platform Fee or Customer Service Fee must be separately disclosed at checkout before authorization. For standard marketplace projects at or above the active ACH-preferred threshold, currently $2,500 in gross project value, ACH bank transfer is presented as the recommended/default rail with no customer-paid processing fee, and credit card remains available only as a separately disclosed credit-card option with the added Card Processing Fee shown before the Stripe card flow opens. Debit, prepaid, and unknown card funding are not accepted through that above-threshold credit-card option. At launch, Completa Connect projects have no Completa platform fee, no contractor platform fee, and no contractor commission. Completa Connect checkout does not charge a customer-paid processing fee; Connect processing is contractor-paid based on the selected rail, and customer pays only the project amount and applicable Sales Tax, if any.

Payment authorization occurs when the customer funds a project, milestone, diagnostic visit, or change order through the selected rail. Viewing a Completa Estimate does not create a charge. A submitted ACH bank transfer may be processing before it succeeds or fails; processing is not the same as final funding unless the active checkout flow expressly states otherwise. Refundability depends on project status, contractor acceptance, SOW execution, work start, contractor reliance, materials ordered, diagnostic/inspection completion, milestone approval, payment rail, payment processor status, dispute outcome, payment network rules, and applicable law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must provide accurate project information, property access, photos and records the customer is authorized to upload, truthful material and site-condition information, prompt milestone review, and required property-owner approvals. Customer is primarily responsible for HOA, deed restriction, architectural review, condo, landlord, lender, and similar private-property approvals unless the SOW expressly assigns a specific support task to contractor.

Customer must not direct the contractor's means and methods, request off-platform payment for active Completa projects, ask for informal extra work outside the change order flow, misuse messaging or reviews, or upload content the customer does not have the right to use. For projects initiated through Completa, customer agrees to the on-platform engagement and twelve-month non-circumvention rules in the Customer Terms Supplement, which are part of these Customer Platform Terms.

7. Verification, Warranty, and Platform Role

Completa Verified means the contractor account completed Completa's required marketplace eligibility checks for the applicable category as of a verification date. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, safety, availability, future compliance, or insurance coverage for a specific claim. At launch, background-check language must say owner background checked or business owner screened, not all crew background checked.

Contractor provides the workmanship warranty stated in the SOW and Warranty Terms. Completa administers the in-platform warranty workflow and may take platform payment or account action when permitted, but Completa does not itself warrant or guarantee contractor work.
