Email and SMS Consent Notice
This notice explains how Completa uses email and, where separately authorized, SMS for public website, app, support, project, payment, and legal communications.
1. Email Communications
Completa may send you emails related to actions you take on completa.io or in the Completa apps, including waitlist confirmation, launch access, app download availability, support requests, account access, security, legal notices, payments, project records, signed documents, disputes, refunds, and other service-related communications.
Waitlist emails are used for waitlist confirmation, Austin launch access, review-approved app download availability, and related launch updates. To ask for waitlist removal or to stop waitlist or marketing emails, use any unsubscribe link provided in the email or contact support@completa.io.
Marketing email opt-out does not stop transactional or service emails that are needed for your account, security, support case, project, payment, legal notice, or another service you requested.
2. SMS And Phone Boundaries
The public waitlist form does not collect a phone number and does not authorize marketing text messages. Providing an optional phone number in a support form is for support follow-up by phone about that request; it is not consent to receive marketing calls or marketing texts.
If Completa offers optional SMS updates in the future, we will ask for separate consent before sending marketing text messages. Marketing SMS consent will not be required to join the waitlist, request support, buy services, or use the website.
3. Message Types
- Transactional or service emails: Account access, verification, security, support acknowledgements, account deletion, legal notices, project records, documents, payments, refunds, disputes, and other requested service communications.
- Waitlist emails: Confirmation that a visitor joined the waitlist, launch access updates, app download availability, and closely related launch information.
- Marketing emails: Promotional or lifecycle emails about Completa services, features, offers, or broader product updates.
- Transactional or service texts: Account, support, project, payment, safety, security, or legal messages sent by SMS only where a phone number and required consent or applicable legal exemption have been captured.
- Marketing texts: Promotional or lifecycle SMS messages. Do not send these unless Completa has separate, documented SMS consent.
4. Support Phone Field
Public support forms may ask for an optional callback number. Providing a phone number helps Completa follow up by phone about that support request. It does not sign you up for marketing calls or marketing texts.
