Useful enough to earn trust.
How Completa selects, labels, reviews, orders, corrects, and retires Greater Austin business resources.

Direct answer
A resource is published only when its official source is identifiable, its business use is clear, and its eligibility, cost, geography, language, and review date can be disclosed without implying a relationship that does not exist.
Current directory status
Every directory listing remains independently selected and ranked. The separate collaboration disclosure does not buy placement or improve rank.
Six publication rules.
- 01
Official source first
Every action link goes to the government agency, nonprofit, lender, or program that owns the information.
- 02
Business-use threshold
A resource must solve a defined startup, capital, compliance, contracting, workforce, growth, or access need.
- 03
Complete disclosure
Each entry states geography, cost type, service language, official-page language, eligibility context, and a practical next step.
- 04
Freshness gate
Funding and contracting resources receive a shorter review cycle. The build fails after a review deadline instead of silently publishing stale facts.
- 05
Independent order
Primary-category relevance and an internal quality score control ordering. Payment, sponsorship, or outreach status cannot improve rank.
- 06
Corrections and retirement
Material source changes trigger a correction, reclassification, temporary removal, or retirement. Historical claims are not preserved as current facts.
What the labels mean
- Independent listing
- Completa selected the resource from public evidence. It does not mean partnership, endorsement, referral, or sponsorship.
- Service language
- A language the official source confirms for program delivery. A bilingual Completa summary alone does not qualify.
- Official page
- The languages available on the linked source page, disclosed separately from service language.
- Cost type
- Free access, no-cost advising, a repayable loan, an application fee, a paid registration, or a program where fees can vary.
- Reviewed
- The date Completa checked the linked source and the facts summarized in the entry.
Important boundary
This directory is general information, not legal, tax, licensing, insurance, procurement, credit, or financial advice. The provider's current rules control, and inclusion does not guarantee eligibility, availability, approval, funding, certification, award, or outcome.
Corrections, nominations, and organizations
Anyone can report a broken link, factual change, missing language service, or official resource. Organizations may provide source evidence. Completa independently decides whether and how the entry is published.
