Only the dollars above $5,000 get the lower rate. A job of $5,000 or less uses only the first rate.

Each rate is a ceiling: if your tier’s fee is lower, you pay the lower fee. A signed addendum for your account can set other terms after day 120.

When do I see the fee for a job?
Before you accept it. Offers you’ve already accepted keep the fee they were accepted with.
Which jobs use these rates?
Every new marketplace job, including Quick Book jobs, Visits and repairs quoted at a Visit. A Connect job for a customer who found you through the Completa marketplace uses these rates too.
Can the fee ever be more than 7%?
No. The fee on a job is never more than 7% of the job amount.
Is payment processing part of the fee?
No. Card and bank (ACH) processing is a separate cost. On Connect jobs, you pay it.
Is the performance reserve a fee?
No. It’s a temporary hold on part of a payout, not a fee or commission. You’ll see the amount and when it’s released before the job is paid for.
What does the homeowner pay?
Homeowner charges are separate. Any homeowner charge is shown to them at checkout before they approve it.
